PCB terminals take PCB industry environmental protection

The PCB is a printed circuit board (abbreviated as Printed Circuit Board). Generally, a conductive pattern formed on an insulating material by a predetermined design, formed into a printed circuit, a printed component, or a combination thereof is referred to as a printed circuit. Such as Nanjing Sanmen Bay PCB terminal, it provides conductive patterns between the components on the insulating substrate, known as the printed circuit. In this way, a printed circuit board or a printed circuit board is called a printed circuit board, which is also called a printed board or a printed circuit board.

The standard PCB has no parts on top, and is often referred to as "Printed WiringBoard (PWB)". PCB terminals have appeared for convenience.

PCB terminals almost all of us can see the electronic equipment can not do without it, from small electronic watches, calculators, general-purpose computers, to computers, communications electronic equipment, military weapons systems, as long as there is no electronic devices such as integrated circuits, PCB interconnections are used for electrical interconnections between them. In addition to fixing various small parts, it provides mechanical support for the fixed assembly of various electronic components such as integrated circuits, wiring and electrical connection or electrical insulation between various electronic components such as integrated circuits, and provides required electrical characteristics. , such as characteristic impedance. At the same time, it provides solder resist patterns for automatic soldering; it provides identification characters and graphics for component insertion, inspection and maintenance. With more and more complex electronic devices, more and more parts are needed, and the lines and parts on the PCB are becoming more and more intensive. The emergence of PCB terminals has also played a very important role in the wiring layout of PCB boards.

At present, China's printed circuit board (PCB) output ranks first in the world, and its product quality and technical level have also been greatly improved. However, for the PCB industry to achieve sustainable development, companies must work hard to save energy, reduce emissions, and clean production. Recently, at the “2011 Environmental Technology Seminar” held in Dafeng, Jiangsu, industry experts gave advice on the “three wastes” of the PCB industry from the perspectives of technology and standards.

The environmental protection production must be the wealth of the enterprise. It is imperative that the benefits generated by solid scraps and waste etching liquids in the production of printed circuit boards be generated.

The raw material of the PCB is the copper clad laminate (CCL). After undergoing 50 processes of chemistry, electrochemistry, photochemistry, and mechanics, it can be made into custom printed circuit boards. In the production process, a large amount of solid waste and wastewater waste liquid are produced. , And these solid wastes and wastes contain a lot of metal and metal ions.

Wang Longji, secretary general of the China Printed Circuits Industry Association (CPCA), wrote an account to the reporter. He said that the production of 10,000 square meters of printed circuit boards (averaged from 4 to 6 floors) will produce 10.5 tons of solid scrap. The copper content is about 25%; it will produce 50 tons of used etching liquid, including 12% of copper content and 22,500 tons of water. In 2010, China’s printed circuit board production was 180 million square meters, which was calculated at 200 million square meters (including inventory and scrap products). The solid scrap produced contained 52,500 tons of copper reproduction value, which was 6.5 per ton. Million yuan calculation, that is 3.413 billion yuan; generated waste etching solution containing copper 100,000 tons of copper reproduction value, this copper price is calculated at 6.5 million yuan per ton, that is 6.5 billion yuan; generate 200 million tons of waste water per ton of wastewater treatment operation The fee (excluding equipment investment costs) is calculated at RMB 8. It will cost RMB 1.6 billion. The company's revenue should be 3.413 billion yuan +6.5 billion yuan = 9.913 billion yuan. (The difference between the amount of scrap waste that is sold and the amount that can be recovered by itself is the amount that the company should earn.)

The revenue generated by Nanjing Sanmenwan Electric from Wang Longji's production of solid scrap and waste etching liquid in the production process of printed circuit boards should be the company's wealth (including production enterprises and environmental protection governance companies), but most of the solid wastes and wastes are currently produced. The liquid was recycled by the relevant department.
