When the user inserts the financial card into the terminal to make a payment according to the prompt, the payment platform checks the legality of the financial card, and determines whether there is a corresponding PSAM card resource in the PSAM card pool. When the user pays, the balance of the user's financial IC card needs to be checked to determine whether it is sufficient to pay the consumption or payment. If the payment is insufficient, the payment cannot be continued.

(3) Complete payment
